Lupe Soto is the founder of Ladies International Poker Series, known as Lipstour, a live poker series exclusive to females.  She is also the founder of the Women in Poker Hall of Fame that honours long-standing women in the poker industry who have contributed to the world of poker and are proponents or supporters of women's only events.

Join Amy and Jen and their special guest Lupe Soto.  Lupe has been involved with poker for many years and started her Pokerchix.com group in 2003.  She then moved on to creating the first tour in the U.S. for ladies, Lipstour.com which is the longest standing poker tour for females.  She also founded the Women in Poker Hall of Fame.

The Women in Poker Hall of fame is taking place this first weekend in September.  Inductees this year are Billie Brown, Jennifer Harman and Kathy Liebert. 2010 is the first time that the Women in Poker Hall of Fame has allowed voting for nominations from the industry. Three very deserving women of poker are being honored and join past inductees Linda Johnson, Cyndy Violette, Barbara Enright, Jan Fisher, Marsha Waggoner, Susie Isaacs, and June Field.

Lupe is also reinventing the U.S. Ladies Poker Championships to intince more ladies to play in larger buyins and to vie for the championship title in their local and national home bases. Lupe is a true pioneer of ladies in poker.  Tune in to hear what this busy lady has planned next.
