Currently, Raoh_ concentrates on teaching his system at www.ShortSystem.com and on developing new strategies for the all-the-time toughening online poker games. ShortSystem is a closed learning group that takes in new students only rarely.

“People easily think you cannot win by short stacking, even though in reality the mere size of the stack gives you a positive advantage against full stack players. In ShortSystem we provide our students pre-made charts for each possible game situation, teaching articles and videos, data about your opponents and a direct contact to us through our private forum,”  the poker phenom explains about his project.

Raoh_ says that his system should be unexploitable, easy to learn and should turn break-even players into winning players – as long as they are willing to put time and effort into learning the system.

How did it all start?

During the year 2006 Raoh_ started to take poker seriously, putting his efforts into Sit’n’Go tournaments. He made tons of calculations and ran simulations about pre-flop decisions and the behavior of his online opponents.

Next he took his theories into practise. Month later he took down the PartyPoker Leaderboard and $30.000 in winnings just by playing $10+1 priced Sit’n’Go tournaments. Later on he decided to take his tournament strategies into cash games. He put his mind into solving all the possible situations when playing with a short stack at No-limit Texas Hold’em games. A friend helped by creating a piece of software to run his extensive simulations on. Month later Raoh_ had covered his walls with huge charts on different game situations and brought the system out at the cash tables.

From theory to practise

Starting from the NL200 tables he quickly moved up to the NL1000 tables and won hundreds of thousands of dollars within the next three months. He was also seen at the NL2000 and NL5000 tables challenging the toughest opponents in the world.

“I have never had a losing month and only a couple of unprofitable weeks. But those have been quite rare. I have always treated my bankroll very carefully and I practically never tilt. I use pure mathematics and analysis combined with the data from my opponents to make my decisions and every move I make has to have positive expected value.”, he points out the strength of his system and his personal strengths in poker.
