Card Player Media Launches Magazine App

Card Player Media, the world’s leading poker magazine publisher, has launched a magazine app for iPhone and iPad.The app is free to download from the Apple iTunes store (search for Card Player Magazine) and costs $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year to subscribe to.

After subscribing poker fans will receive a new issue of Card Player magazine, the world’s oldest and most respected poker authority, every two weeks as well as a copy of Card Player Europe each month – 38 issues in total. The magazine app features an authoritative mix of news, features, strategy, profiles, and results from around the poker world.

The subscription is auto-renewed and can be managed via iTunes allowing subscribers to unsubscribe at any time. The app is 5.6Mb in size and requires iOS 4.2 or later to operate.

A spokesperson for Card Player Media said, “We’re delighted to have launched our world famous poker magazine on the world’s leading mobile platform so players around the world can now get the most insightful poker news and views on the move or at the poker table direct to their iPhone of iPad.”

Earlier this year Card Player launched its world-renowned, industry standard poker odds calculator app for iPhone and iPad which has been downloaded tens of thousands of times by enthusiastic poker players around the world.
